SMS / text messaging terms

Cutz Mapz ("we," "us") operates a text-messaging (SMS) program that sends account and appointment messages to users who have opted in. These are transactional messages tied to your account and bookings — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Messages are delivered via Twilio.

• Account verification codes — one-time passcodes to confirm your identity when you register or sign in.
• Booking confirmations — a message when a booking you make is received or confirmed.
• Appointment reminders — a reminder before an upcoming appointment.

Sample messages:

You opt in to receive text messages by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during sign-up at cutzmapz.com/signup. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent checkbox reads:

Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example, a verification code when you sign in, and a confirmation or reminder around each appointment you book.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Cutz Mapz does not charge for text messages.

To stop messages: reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and mobile device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the account and appointment messages described above, via our messaging provider (Twilio). See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more.
